    San Antonio Zoo

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mab91c shares these photos that his 6-year-old granddaughter took from her outing to the San Antonio Zoo with his wife. "I have a budding nature photographer on my hands. My little grand-daughter saw my wife taking photos and asked if she could also," he says. "She took over 400 pics, but these were her best shots. She is only 6-years-old and already has a pretty good eye."
    - Anika3, CNN iReport producer while I was at work slaving over reports and sitting through Monday meetings, by beautiful wife took our six year grand-daughter to the zoo. She also let her use my Canon Rebel Xsi with an 18-55mm lens.

OK...she took over 400 hundred pictures including common pigeons on the sidewalk and bird that had flown into some of the enclosures, but...she did take some pretty awesome pics that I thought I'd share here with all of my iReporter friends. All I did was do minor some cropping to them and the rest is her's.

She named them all herself so...

    Pic 1 - Greenie
Pic 2 - Fred (don't ask me why)
    Pic 3 - Buddies
Pic 4 - Diamond (her favorite snake is the Diamondbacked Rattler)
    Pic 5 - Dragon
    Pic 6 - Peli
    Pic 7 - Rainbow
    Pic 8 - Three Amigos
    Pic 9 - Kiss Kiss

National Geographic...I'll be waiting for your call!

(All pictures takein by RIan Grace on 7/16/12 at the San Antonio Zoo using a Canon EOS Xsi Rebel)

Hope you all enjoy these as much as I did!
