Yi Lu 617-407-5811       To Whom It May Concern:     It has been exactly three years since the American government poisoned my son in his school, bringing him close to death.     It has been almost one year since I sent letters to every senator and governors of every state including my own state Massachusetts.    It has been six months since I sent these letters and emails to the main news agencies of this country. I didn’t get any answer from anyone.   Problems occurred in 2004. I was a contractor working for Fidelity Investment .  https://www.fidelity.com    in Marlborough ,MA.    From March to June, 2004, there was a senior manager who wanted to take advantage of me, I refused him and    I was also told by others that he was involved in an affair with my manager, an American woman as well as with an Indian woman in the same group. He threatened me several times that he would kick me out, cause me to lose my job. I was afraid to lose that job because I spent lots of money and time to get the masters degree in accounting from Boston College. I sent him an email to beg him to let me stay in that workplace.    His response to my email was to take it to his director. I believe he did this to take revenge.    After this occurrence, I was told I had to leave Fidelity.    After I left, I sent an email to management at Fidelity explaining that this man must stop taking advantage of Fidelity’s women employees. In order to convince people that he wanted to take advantage of me, I sent out the verification: the dates of each time he went to my computer to read my email.    He did this secretly.     He was not my manager and had no justifiable reason to check my computer and email.   Without talking with me, Fidelity just simply concluded that someone hacked into their computer system and got those dates listed by me.    They just thought only the system administer could know those dates.    Actually, the reason I knew the dates is very simply from his attitude; what he said to me every time after he checked my email. When I realized that Fidelity might misunderstand me, I tried many times to email and leave phone message to contact Fidelity to express that I hadn’t done anything bad as I believed they had concluded.    Fidelity never gave me any chance to avoid the big calamity and just simply reported me to the American government.   From January 3 to January 19, 2005, my 13-year-old son Haowen Tan developed a serious condition and almost died in Massachusetts General Hospital
