This iReport is part of an assignment:
Living in small spaces |
A Small Space is Good Enough
This 430 square feet of studio condo unit in Manila is a typical size of a condo living in the Philippines.
I lived in this condo unit with my 2 college kids for 4 years. A sofa bed, a dining table that served as study table, fridge, television set, microwave and cooking range are the major appliances we’ve had.
For me, having a small space is less clutter, less household chores, and less utility expenses. In addition, finding stuff is easier, and moving around the house is faster. The only downside maybe is the privacy.
So is it possible to live large in a small space? I must say – Yes. The purpose and satisfaction are what count.
