    Lebanese-American Night-life!

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ichalhoub photographed a beachside summer barbeque at a resort in Byblos, Lebanon. He says a diverse, international group of visitors showed up to the event to enjoy a night of singing, dancing and eating. "People were enjoying every moment," he says.

    Byblos – Lebanon. Thanks to the work of Alice, an American-Lebanese owner of one of the largest resorts in the country, Cinda and her band are back to Lebanon for the third year to launch the summer season in American barbecue beach parties. It’s a melting pot where expatriates animate the night-life of Lebanon along with their hosting citizens – Cinda and the dancers are Americans whereas musicians are locals. Who said international cooperation cannot have artistic aspects? Photos taken on July 18, 2012.
