Protest in front of the Russian embassy in Egypt

Dozens of Syrian and Egyptian activists gathered outside the Russian embassy in Giza on Thursday, July 19, to protest against the Russian military and economic support to the Syrian regime. Protesters held pictures of martyrs and signs against Al-Assad regime. They called on the Russian government to stop its aid to the Syrian regime and called on the world leaders to take effective steps to stop the ongoing massacres in Syria. Protesters chanted against Al-Assad and his regime. They also sang Syrian revolutionary songs. The protest also included a show of the worst massacres committed by the Syrian regime against peaceful protesters.
