    Movie theater shooting WAS terrorism!

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter omekongo is saddened by the events in Colorado but says US society must stop trying to "sugarcoat" violence by not referring to the incident as terrorism. "We need to be honest about what's happening otherwise we make it look OK," he told CNN. "When did the definition of terrorism change? If 50 people go into a movie theatre and 50 people exit ... either dead or wounded because they were shot, that is the definition of terror. We should not politicise this - terrorism is terrorism, plain and simple."
    - sarahbrowngb, CNN iReport producer

It is unfortunate that some people are trying to sugarcoat this shooting by emphasizing that it was a white American man doing the shooting so it thus was not an act of terrorism. The term "terrorism' should not only be confined to Muslim extremists.
