    ART THAT CAUGHT MY EYES IN NORTH AFRICA

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     butterfly1 says this form of art work caught her eyes because the tattoos were done with Henna ink. "There was amazement in my eyes as I watched clients become so happy with their beautiful design," she says. "I just wanted to know and learn more about the art work as a craft."

    I was traveling on a MSC Italian cruise liner, we stopped in North Africa. I stopped to view something I did not expect to see in this part of the country. There was a large crowd around a old women with her head downward. I was extremely surprise what she was doing. She was drawing art work on a young boys back. "A snake" wow! I saw two women created body tattoos on children and a women. Its was very beautiful, body art work is a form of expression, culture wise wee must embrace as we do in America.
