I was sitting at a McDonalds on the corner of Franklin Avenue and St. Claude in New Orleans. The wind began to pick up a bit, so I looked up at the sky. Those threatening grey clouds signalling a storm were gathering. And it was no more than five minutes later that the Cumulonimbus clouds unleashed their rain and lightning. It only lasted about an hour after which the sun came out again ... but in that hour once again flooded local streets.
