    From Memphis to Tupelo

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Afraid of flying, rmangin says looking out the window and watching landscapes go by helps to calm her. "Staring at the beauty of the clouds that night, I could not help but think how much of life I would miss out on if I let my fear of flying overcome me," she say. "The scene was so beautiful, I could not resist, it was breathtaking! I was so glad I had brought my new Canon along on that trip so I could try it out."

    Flying from Memphis, TN to Tupelo, MS is a very short flight on a very small plane. For someone like me, who is terrified of flying, it is a wonderful distraction to watch and photograph the beauty of the sunset along the way. This was taken on a stormy day in July above Mississippi.
