    North East Storm

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Joshua of Gloucester, New Jersey, just fifteen minutes outside of Philadelphia, captured a photograph of a storm cloud sweeping through the township. The storm moved in quickly, ushering in strong winds and a frenzy of lighting. ‘It was a dry storm basically,’ he says. ‘It was light rain, but we had a lot of activity with the thunder and lighting. You definitely did not want to be outside.’ He says the storm was unexpected, especially since there was little warning from the media that there was an approaching storm in the area. ‘Major stations did not have any warning about it, not the major radio or broadcasting stations. It took us by surprise, and we live in a pretty busy area,’ he says.
