    Olympic Opening Ceremony - Public Viewing in Berlin

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter markpel went along to the public viewing event for the Olympics open ceremony in Tempelhof Park, Berlin to enjoy the show. "The historical connections and the choreography of the show I liked, and the British humour - for instance the Queen video clip and of course Mr Bean," he said. However, he thought some of the camera work could have been better. The atmosphere in the park was relaxed and the weather warm, with more than 2,000 Berliners watching the ceremony, he said.
