    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JannetWalsh captured a video of the sun setting from a corn field in Murdock, Minnesota. She says currently in her area the Midwest drought not affecting her area. 'I think we are very fortunate with the crops as so many farmers are suffering in the nation have lost their crops,' she says.

    Video from sunset - Jannet Walsh, iReporter from Murdock, Minn., went to her family's farm to capture the sunset Friday, July 27, 2012, in Dublin Township near Murdock.  The corn field appears to be healthily, unlike many parts of the nation experiencing crop damage due to the drought.

    Many of the townships in Minnesota’s Swift County are named after locations in Ireland as many of the early immigrants to the area were from Ireland, like Jannet’s family.

    The time lapse video was created by shooting long video clips, about 25 minutes, and the speed was increased during editing with Final Cut Pro.

     

    The Zydeco music is from the Music Bakery, royalty free.
