    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Matthew captured a video of flooding in East Long Meadow, Massachusetts, on July 29. The flooding came after twenty minutes of rainfall in the afternoon. As quickly as the flood water rose in the area, it receded quickly soon after, he says.
