    The American Nightmare

When everyone is done admiring Palins eyewear, fashionable sense of style, parenting, governing and hunting skills when all the smoke clears and the day finally arrives to make the decision that will determine the future of this country and especially our children will that be the moment when we suddenly wake up and realize that we have big problems in this country that are not going to fix themselves? Or will this nation continue to ignore the results of eight years of Republican ineptitude and give in to fear of the unknown? I admit Barrack Obama is new and to alot of people the idea of giving up on something they have been comfortable with even if it isn't working is disconcerting and just a bit scary, but if we are to grow as nation we have to be willing to take chances. McCain is from a generation where there are no grey areas, you are either good or bad, with us or against us and if you are without faith or think just a liittle bit different then your motives are suspect and rather than being an assest to the culture you are perceived as a problem. Times and people (for lack of a better word) change and what we really need is a change of perspective. Anybody want to buy a house?
