    My name is Debra Harris and I would like to tell the family

    Of the 8 year old little girl how truly unfair this was. She still had her whole life ahead of her. I'll b remembering the family

    In my thoughts and prayers and I'm also so sorry to the other victims family's. But no matter what, something good will come out of all of it.
