Iranian Media reveals Iraqi Army role in Syrian people’s suppression
While trying to relate Monday’s explosions in Iraq to the supporters of the Syrian people and the country’s Free Army, the Kayhan Daily wrote: “Monday’s deadly events in Iraq carried a warning regarding Iraq’s position towards Syria. Iraq is one of Syria’s most important neighbors and it carried an important role as head of the Arab League in derailing the West, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar’s anti-Syrian plots. Two days prior to Monday’s bloody events, Iraq’s Army headed towards its boarders with Syria and opened fire on the terrorists’ positions in the Abu Kamal passageway, resulting in their flee from the Eastern Syrian province of Deralzour.”
