I Still Love America
My name is Scott Spence and I want CNN to fly me to Tampa!
At age 17 I was invited to Denver’s CBS affiliate to tell why the voting age should be lowered to 18. Now 42 years later I am still as passionate about politics and the guidance of America as I have ever been.
While I believe in America and all this land offers, I avoid political zealots. The RNC convention in Tampa will offer a broad spectrum of politically minded persons, many from which I hope to learn from and network with, in an effort to strengthen America at home and abroad.
As a CNN iReporter I will seek out the people who represent the heart and spirit of America. Avoiding sensationalism, I will provide CNN with stories of persons who have sincere, convincing reasons to support the RNC, not those simply wanting to promote the RNC.
