    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jeana419 says her water bill has gone through the roof just trying to keep the foundation of her house watered. "It's just sad. Our house is moving and the foundation is cracking because of the lack of water. It's just so hard to keep up with the watering and we now have soaker hoses all around our house trying to keep the foundation stable," she says. "We had gorgeous and lush bright green St Augustine grass through our whole back yard. Now we have brown dirt and tons of ants. We have water restrictions and everything is brown and dead. All the trees are slowly dying as well. And now when the wind blows the trees are all breaking and falling over."
