Surfing: Preps & Action!
Tripoli – Lebanon. Wind and kite surfing are not only about the action itself. It’s about the adequate preparation and the appropriate finish. This area of Lebanon provides the necessary side wind blow for this kind of sea sports during 3 months of summer. “It was very difficult for me to get such kind of ease in windsurfing in other countries” said the sports trainer Nabil Nasr who traveled all around the world. “It is very crucial to fully prepare your material yourself” said Nabil Nasr, “it is what heats up the muscles and provides assurance about readiness to float over the water”, he added. George, Nabil, and Mohammad enjoy sea sports as well as every moment they spend talking about it. “We love to sit together after good surf, have a drink, and talk about our performance” they said. Those professionals are trying to encourage people to try this kind of sports. “It is safe especially when you perceive it as a life style” said Nabil. Don’t forget to rearrange everything when you get back from the sea! Photos taken on August 6, 2012.
