    Richmond Chevron Fire

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     This iReporter told me, ' I took this photo minutes after 6pm when the first big cloud rose in the air. If you look close, you could see the balls of flames jumping in the air. Than I heard the siren and I just knew that it was coming from the refinery. I could see the refinery on fire as I shifted over to gaze. I could not smell it until the huge black cloud of hell stretched over the hills of the San Andres Fault.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

The Richmond California  Chevron refinery is on fire. A huge cloud floods the sky as it alarms sounds loudly across contra costa county. Siren screaming down richmond streets.
