    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     steppengeoff says he's 'anxiously awaiting' Romney's VP announcement. 'I would pick Rice as a running mate because of her level of expertise in foreign affairs (most notably Russian), her level of intelligence, her possible influence on the minority vote, her charisma, and her desire not to be a politician,' he said. steppengeoff says he falls in the middle of the political spectrum and doesn’t feel a strong attachment to either party, but he’s a Romney supporter.
