    Oil Refinery Explosion in Richmond

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Kyleighkuhn and her family were eating outside their home when they saw the white smoke turn into a black, billowing plume coming from the oil refinery in Richmond, California. 'I was mostly very nervous that we might witness a large explosion. The smoke just kept getting bigger and bigger and at some point we were able to see fire reaching over the hillside,' she said.
