    Not a Typhoon

    Three years ago typhoon Ondoy (Ketsena) saw the loss of hundreds of lives and homes. Today, August 8, 2012, the Philippines experiences pretty much the same thing. Heavy rain fall, flooding everywhere, the loss of more homes and more lives. The amount of rainfall which is 472mm has already surpassed that of Onody's which was 455mm in 24 hours. PAGASA says, this is not a typhoon. Well, it sure feels like one.
