    Bay Area Chevron Refinery Fire

    A massive fire and smoke plume at the Chevron Refinery has caused a "shelter in place" in the city of Richmond, CA. This photo was taken from El Cerrito, just south of the refinery about 8 miles away. Explosions were heard from where this picture was taken.
