    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter Jumar Rejuso took this picture from his own apartment in Quezon City, Philippines, as flooding swept across his neighborhood. "The scene was raging water from a creek that overflowed due to massive and a heavy rainfall," he said. "The houses are parts of a slum across from my apartment. Some are made of cardboard and others are concrete. The flooding was so terrible that it left some of those living there homeless and hungry." Our iReporter said locals were left terrified by the deluge. "We had to force ourselves to leave in order to be spared from the wrath of the raging waters," he said. "It was the first time I have witnessed in my entire life a flood as big as that."
