    San Juan City Fire Department Rescue Operation

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter e4102 spotted this fireman rescue team assisting residents in Quezon City, Philippines, in fleeing an area heavily flooded by the country's monsoons. "The residents were scared, as it was 1pm already and it was a race against time to be able to rescue all the residents in time before dark," he said. The area is lowlying, hence it has been badly affected by the rains which have left large parts of the capital, Manila, and surrounding areas flooded and several people dead.
