    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     norahselene captured this photo of black smoke rising from the fire that broke out at the Chevron refinery in Richmond, CA. "My reaction was, holy smoke!" she says. "The conditions right now are close to normal. Today at 12:22 p.m., I didn't see any smoke or flames."
