    Southwest Monsoon hit Manila

    Continuous torrential rain in many parts of Metro Manila and in provinces of Luzon in the Philippines caused floodwaters, since Monday [August 6, 2012], up to this day. The country has been experiencing inclement weather due to the effect of the southwest monsoon.
