Hanging for Work
Motorists on Interstate 15 were given a glaring message by a billboard adorned with the words "Dying for Jobs" and a mannequin hanging underneath from a noose.
Nevada Highway Patrol said it received reports of the black billboard with white writing next to I-15 and Bonanza Road.
The billboard space appeared to belong to Lamar Advertising, but authorities said it does not know the company that posted the message.
Trooper Jeremie Elliott said the billboard appeared to be a publicity stunt.
Nevada Department of Transportation was called to take down the suited hanging mannequin. NHP said an investigation, if any, will be handled by Las Vegas Metro police.
