    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter gorgeoux says it's the unusual or quirky sights that have caught her eye while capturing images of the Olympics across London. In this set of photos taken over the first week of the games, everything from a handmade Mexican hat to the colors of wildflowers at an Olympics venue caught her attention. "I try to pick up things that are unusual - the colours in the Union Jack or the US stars and stripes on shoes, or if they have a rhinestone hat, that's what stands out for me," she said. "The Mexican hat, for example, it's such a work of art! Someone has crafted it and it's a statement of what's important to them with the Olympics, it's so kitsch!"
