    Torrential monsoon is gone in the Philippines but the flood reamain until now Aug. 9, 2012 in Metro Manila
    and the garbage that clogs the waterways and caused the floods reveals. as the (MMDA) Metro Manila Development Authority are doing
    their job, said that they will suction the stuck water in many parts of metro manila that still submerge in 24 hours today.
