Muslim Brotherhood assault on the media in Egypt.

Muslim brotherhood militants besieged the city of Media Production which is HQ for most news channels in Egypt demanding to stop airing all programs that criticize Morsi’s recent decisions in releasing more than 500 terrorists from prisons. This is a serious indicator on violations to media freedom and represents the freedom Egyptians will enjoy in the era after the revolution of the twenty-fifth of January. Just this morning Muslim brotherhood militants confiscated El Destor newspaper because of its harsh words against Morsi.

Information Minister Salah Abdel-Maksoud who is Muslim brotherhood enforced a new decision to coerce all female anchors to wear a veil.

The Shura Council “Senate chamber of congress” who belong to Muslim brotherhood announced the names of 50 heads for newspapers all of them belong to Muslim brotherhood to ensure controlling the media.

Head of Justice Department who belong to Muslim brotherhood two days ago decided stripping the powers of the Supreme Court while no parliament or constitution in place and hired new 61 prosecutors from Muslim brotherhood.

Muslim brotherhood militants crucified four people naked on a tree after a protest in front of Morsi’s residency.

It seems Muslim brotherhood democracy means exclusion, repression and dictatorship. The Brotherhood uses democracy, but once in power it will replace democracy with fundamentalist shariah law because it is the “true democracy.” “The final, absolute message from heaven contains all the values which the secular world claims to have invented....Islam and its values antedated the West by founding true democracy.”
—Former Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Mahdi Akef, Nov. 2007
