The Dead Sea
The Dead Sea has attracted visitors for thousands of years. It is approximately 7 times saltier than the ocean making swimming similar to floating. It is 1,388 ft (423 meters) below sea level making it the lowest place on earth. Its waters contain a vast amount of minerals and salts that have been used therapeutically for centuries.
