    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Anelia is editor of the Waverly Newspapers in Waverly, Iowa. She filmed the reaction of two ecstatic women who were kissed by President Obama during his campaign stop in Dubuque, Iowa, on August 15. 'I think this captures the way that people respond to Obama,' she said.
