    I wish this was an Ice Cream Stand/Coffee Stand

    Right at Big Ben's doorstep is a deserted Subway Passage which has been an eyesore of Lambeth for quite a while now. If this ramshackle blot is converted into an Ice Cream and or a Coffee Stand, this will not only contribute in it's little way to economic recovery but also get rid of an Ice Cream Van parked on the bridge blocking tourists and locals alike (about 20 meters from this site). By the way, just across the road is a similar structure, also fenced and padlocked.
