Pussy Riot avtozak (paddy wagon) kite - a flying message

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Polyrabbit is an arts group called Polyrabbit.Duplicate that organized this event. "We shared our human energy to make global pressure on absurd, fanatic and political Pussy Riot trial in Moscow," they said via email. "The world is open and Christianity matches the open world, but [the] Russian Orthodox Church tries to demonize free and open society."
    - rachel8, CNN iReport producer

On 17 August, a worldwide Pussy Riot battle took place. We invited all Pussy Riot supporters to join the art action "Paddy wagon (avtozak) to the air – Pussy Riot home!" at Lukiskiu square in Vilnius at 1 pm and fly together a paddy wagon (avtozak) kite to the air with the help of colorful heli balloons-balaclavas.

The municipality has given their permission for the action. They also didn't mind if we let the kite fly away where the wind blows. But police reminded us not to be in balaclavas, only for a short time to take pictures, there is a banning law for masks in Lithuania.

Before the rain started Pussy Riot avtozak (paddy wagon) could fly to Belarus or straight to God. Lukashenko would be furious after "teddy bear" case, and God would be puzzled where to forward it first - to the judge Syrova and Chamovnichesky court, Gundiajev or straight to Putin.

Place - Lukishkiu square (former Lenin one), Vilnius, Lithuania

Time - before 2-years sentence of Pussy Riot members, 17 August, 1 pm

    Avtozak (paddy wagon) kite - 2mX1m, 300 g

3 big flying balloons-balaclavas and 10 small ones

Speed - 2 meters per second

Supervision - two cheerless and calm policemen

    Weather - nasty

    Participants - 40 people

    Thanks to nice people!
