Larisa Castle,at Argos town.In Peloponnese,Greece.
The road is almost 1 km maybe little more,from the cent er of town the distance is 15 minutes.The road to Castle is always uphill,has many turns,left and right the road you see olive trees.
From the left side,has a monastery,of Saint Marinas.And even more beyond has another monastery.The top of Castle during the wars was a good fortress,where use by local and enemies too.
Has long history through times,under the Castle has many cell.Many people died into this cell,in many cases for wrong reasons.The Larisa Castle has many visitor from all over the world,if you stand while in the end of Castle face.
The view just cut your own breathe,the Castle is in high more than 315 meters.Front of you,you enjoy the all valley of Argolidas,even if you call out.Only the monks will heard you,with good weather,you can see until there where your eyes can see.
From the north has face to many other village,the south the same,has face to many village.
The west side,saw to a mountain range more than 1 km. Many local factories and farms from north-west side.Onl y if you saw the castle from away,you have the curiosity to go up there.And since the moment you step on Castle ,you have the curiosity to learn more about it...
