    Texas Sized Hailstorm in Dallas

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mskents says the hail "wasn't that big, but there was so much of it! And it lasted a long time." Luckily, her home didn't sustain any damage that she knows of - just lots of fallen leaves.

    All of a sudden we heard loud pounding on our roof. We looked outside and saw a Texas sized hailstorm coming down with balls of ice. It sounded like a hundred carpenters were laying shingles. The next day we saw leaves in the street because the thrashing of the hail was so strong.
