Tax System on Wealthy Should Be Rewarding

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     College student GoGreen58 is currently undecided about who he will vote for in the November presidential election. "With Obama and Romney, I don't even know who to turn to; one person is making me mad one minute and the next person is making me mad the next minute," he said.

Hello my name is Byron Thomas and America TAXES TAXES TAXES!!! Drives people crazy. Taxes are usually on everyone’s mind. Right now the debate about taxing on the wealthy is a heated one. A lot people believe they should pay more taxes and a lot of people feel they don’t. I personally don’t want to feel like a hypocrite because I’ve never walked in every wealthy person’s shoes. I don’t feel right telling someone that made it from the bottom to the top, that they should pay more money. They earned that money through hard work. Now if i was rich I would NOT cheat out MY country. America has been good to me, so why should I cheat my country? Its almost like cheating God from his money when your paying your tithes and offering in chruch (But don't get me wrong God and America are on different levels). Would you cheat God though? (Hope not, please don't tell me your going to cheat God). Again I'm not rich, but if I was I would give America all i have because the smart thing about rich people, they usually get richer and they know how to invest. I do feel in this day in age that our American tax system should turn into a rewarding tax system. I feel that the bad rich people that are not helping this country should be weeded out from the good rich people who are helping America. What I mean is, if your rich and hiring people and creating more jobs, then you’re helping America and you deserve tax breaks. If you’re not hiring people or not creating jobs, then you are not helping American, which means you deserve to pay more taxes. The bad rich people are getting fatter pockets and not helping America grow. The last four years the rich had the Bush era tax cuts but this country still struggled with creating jobs (go ahead let's play the blame game on Obama, democrats, or republicans, either way this country still struggled). Something has to change to help jump start the economy again. It all comes down to helping America get back on its feet. The middle class needs help from the rich and poor. We cannot let this country fall due to taxes. How much are you willing to pay to keep America afloat? Kill People With Kindness and May God Bless America
