    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter cherbert26 captured this video of high waves and flooded roads in Basseterre on the Caribbean Sea side of the island of St Kitts. His family have been stocking up on food and water and have battened down their home, fearing damage from the high winds. "The people in St Kitts tend to take storm warnings seriously enough to fill the supermarkets prior to the storms," he said.
