CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter aherman00 was due for a meeting near W 34th St in New York City on Friday morning when he saw police running towards a shooting incident in the area near the city's iconic Empire State Building. This image shows the street scene not long after the shooting. "It was a little chaotic, police had barricaded the area and I saw one woman who was a victim, I think she had been grazed [with a bullet]," he said. "From what I heard, a guy shot at the guys selling vouchers for the Empire state building and some bystanders. Some said they heard around three 'pops' and ran into nearby local stores to be safe. Some people were just curious, others were shaking, there were leaflets advertising the building all over the floor."
