    Timelapse Isaac storm over Santo Domingo

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mdelcid says moderate winds with strong gusts hit Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on August 24 because of Tropical Storm Isaac. When he captured his time-lapse video of the storm the rain had not started, but he says severe rain came soon after. He says the government set the country on alert due to expected severe weather for the next 24 to 48 hours. 'We are concerned about Haiti's vulnerability... with few resources Isaac's impact on this country will be more significant than in the Dominican Republic,' he said.
