    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     bmallen26 captured video of stormy weather in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on August 24. He says he was expecting Tropical Storm Isaac to make a greater on the area, although the area did receive a lot of rain and faced intense winds. He says after the intensity of the storm subsided, debris and minor flood water covered the roads near his area. 'For anyone that is going to be receiving this storm in the upcoming days, to make sure they are well prepared, securing windows and loose objects, even though we got side swiped, the winds still packed a punch,' he said.
