    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     SRSegal captured a video of the swelling waves outside his condo in Pompano Beach, Florida. He already put up his hurricane shutters in preparation for Tropical Storm Isaac. He says the wind is picking up in his area and the rain is falling horizontally. 'The wind is getting stronger, and the ocean is starting to build, and the waves are getting bigger,' he said. Although he put up his hurricane shutters, he says he is not worried about Isaac. 'I have been through this several times,' the 20 year Florida resident said. 'I am prepared, but not nervous. I have been through several hurricanes, Wilma and Floyd, and those caused more damage,' he said.
