CNN PRODUCER NOTE     frankjgjr captured video of intense rainfall from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on August 26. He says rainfall has picked up in the past few hours and now heavy rain keeps coming down with each new rainband, causing some areas around his building to flood periodically. 'As I look out the window now, I can see that the wind is more unified, and it is more intense,' he said. 'You can see everything is moving in the same direction, like the palm trees and the shrubs. I can hear shutters shaking.' Despite the intensified rainfall, he says he feels like he made the right decision staying at his home and not evacuating. 'I am prepared. I have water, and I have a safe place to go in the building,' he said.
