    Remnants of Typhoon Bolaven

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter idonttknowy captured these images on Monday early evening local time in Okinawa, Japan as the tail end of Typhoon Bolaven whipped across the area. He says that while the rain continues it is nowhere nearly as heavy as overnight. "There were high winds and a lot of rain, with a lot of leaves, small branches and small trees blown down," he said. "We had gone to the store, bought preparations such as water and batteries, brought everything in from our balcony and tied everything down so it wouldn't blow away."
    - sarahbrowngb, CNN iReport producer

After Typhoon Bolaven's short visit to Okinawa, the island is still experiencing heavy downpours and moderate wind speeds.

While here on Okinawa, Typhoon Bolaven had sustained winds of 55 knots with gust up to 80 knots(92MPH) and dumped around 13inches of rain. Luckily the storm weakened before it struck the island, leaving very minor damage and very little debris to clean up.
