    Video taken around 4:30 on 8/27 only a few minutes down the road from where many of the RNC delegates are staying in Treasure IslandFlorida. Right next the the Treasure Island Yacht Club where Republican Ryan spoke recently. Seemed to be 35/40mph wind.
