For years, my oldest son, James, and I have talked about making a pilgrimage to Cedar Point, in Sandusky, Ohio. This year, he graduated from high school, so as a graduation present, my husband and I took him.
We stayed on the property, and took advantage of the hour early entry, and started hitting the best coasters in the park. It was easy to go back and forth from the park to our room, and the efficiency of the staff kept the lines moving as best as possible. As a bonus, the way the park designed some of the sitting areas, allowing you to take in the sights and sounds of the rides, was inspiring! It was wonderful to sit down with a roller coaster speeding right next to you, almost so close you could touch it!
