    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Florida resident tpowers says there's always a wave of emotions when there's a threat of a storm like Isaac. "All we can do is wait for the water to recede and then cleanup afterwards," she says. " Right now the weather is clear, but the water is almost waist deep at some of the deepest points."

    Isaac flooded the Rain Forrest development in Fort Pierce Florida as it passed to the west of us. The East Coast of Florida was pummeled with non-stop rain all day yesterday. Several roads and houses (ours included) are still under water.
