    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     tamparesa1a, a lawyer in Tampa, has been riding his bike around downtown 'to observe the craziness' but says, 'It has not been that crazy. The city has done an excellent job at security.'

    I live in downtown Tampa and have been taking rides to observe the RNC. Very interesting.
